📜 Rental Terms

• The renter (hereafter "Customer") must present valid ID when signing the agreement and receiving the equipment.

• The Customer is responsible for the rented items during the rental period and must treat them with care.
• The rental period is defined in the rental agreement.
• The Customer is liable for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Items must be returned on the agreed date.
• If the return date changes, it must be agreed with the Owner before the rental period ends.
• Late returns without valid reason may incur a 100% surcharge per day.
• If a valid reason is provided, the Owner may charge only the standard daily rate.
• If obligations are neglected, the Owner may seek reasonable compensation for financial losses.
• The rental is binding once payment is made, the receipt signed, and necessary details provided.
• Cancellations must be made at least 1 day before the rental period begins.
• The Owner must provide the equipment as agreed, in proper condition and on time.
• Rented items may not be transferred to third parties without permission.
• A security deposit may be required. It will be refunded upon proper return of the items.
• Any losses, late fees, or damages may be deducted from the deposit.
• Delivery and return shipping costs are paid by the Customer.
